Homes for sale and rent in Voula

Voula sits between Glyfada and Vouliagmeni, roughly 20 km south of central Athens. It is a residential town rather than a destination: quiet streets, local shops and organised beaches along the coastal road. The Kavouri peninsula marks its southern edge.

The housing stock is mixed. Apartments and maisonettes make up most of it, with detached houses in the higher and greener neighbourhoods. Panorama and Dikigorika sit on the hill, and many homes there look over the Saronic Gulf. Pigadakia, inland, is quieter and greener, with more houses and gardens. Near the coast, sea views depend on the street and the floor.

The tram ends at Asklipieio Voulas, and the coastal road reaches Glyfada in minutes. Inland, the road through Vari and Koropi leads towards the airport.
