Homes for sale and rent in Kavouri

Kavouri is the small peninsula between Voula and Vouliagmeni, roughly 20 km south of central Athens. It is almost entirely residential: low-rise villas and houses on planted plots among pine trees, with very little commercial activity.

The coastline is the reason people come. Megalo Kavouri and Mikro Kavouri, the two main beaches, are backed by pines. Smaller rocky coves run around the tip of the peninsula, many reached on foot from the residential streets.

Most homes are detached villas or large maisonettes, often on generous plots. Apartments are few. Waterfront properties rarely come to market. Density is low, which is why the area has kept its character.

For shops and schools, residents use Voula or Vouliagmeni, both a few minutes away. The tram terminus at Asklipieio Voulas and the coastal road are close. Kavouri suits buyers who want a quiet house near the sea, not a busy street outside the door.
