The Street

Before the road was paved, the family was already on it.

In 1928, the Athenian Riviera wasn't a market or even a suburb — it was somewhere Athenians came in summer, a coastline of pine and sea broken by two or three roads. Among the few who actually lived here was the Psarras family, on a street in Evriali, Voula. They never left it. Through every version this place has become — vacation coast, quiet suburb, one of the most desired shorelines in Europe — the family stayed on the same road, watching it become what it is.

The House

A story the family still tells.

During the war, soldiers came down the coast stripping the iron from houses — gates, railings, fences, melted for the effort. At the Psarras house they stopped. A family was living inside, one of the few that did, and something in that made the soldiers leave it untouched.

The house itself is gone now. The family is still on the street. That's the part that matters — not the iron, but the staying.

The Craft

A hundred years on one coast does something.

You stop seeing buildings and start seeing decisions — what was built well, what should never have been built, where the light will still be good in twenty years. In this family the instinct became a profession: there are architects among them. One built a home on the street the neighbourhood still knows by sight.

What It Became

Aquarium is what happened when that knowledge met intent.

Konstantinos Psarras had worked in real estate on this coast for years before founding the agency in 2023 — long enough to see that the Riviera offered almost limitless value, and that almost no one was handling it the way it deserved. So the family combined what it already had: people who could find the plot, design the home, manage the build, handle the law and the investment, and carry a property through its whole life. Not a firm that arrived to sell the Riviera — a family that already knew it, finally doing the work on its own terms.

The agency is young. The knowledge behind it is not.
