Villa Paradise is a luxurious 3 floor house of 530 m2 (5,700 sq. ft.), with an inside elevator connecting the floors. The land is 1,950 m2 (21,000 sq. ft. – or half an acre). The first floor has two independent apartments: 1) 90 m2 (968 sq. ft.) consisting of a spacious master bedroom including a bathroom and a walk-in closet, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a fireplace and a W/C, and 2) 55 m2 (592 sq. ft.) consisting of a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Connecting the apartments, there is an area with the main elevator of the 3 floors, and another elevator leading to the underground garage (for 4-5 cars).
The 2nd and 3rd floor, connected with a staircase, is a maisonette of 350 m2 (3,766 sq. ft.). The second floor consists of a large kitchen and an open floor area which has two living rooms, a dining room and a fireplace. There is also a bedroom/office, and a W/C. All rooms are surrounded with a spacious balcony where you can relax and enjoy spectacular views of the sea and the sunset.
The third floor consists of a huge master bedroom including a bathroom and a walk-in closet, and another 3 very spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All bedrooms have magnificent sea views, and a big balcony.
Outside the house there is a big grass garden, a big pool (5.5 m X 12.5 m / 18 feet X 41 feet), and a spacious kiosk with a BBQ, wood oven, sink and surrounding built in seating areas with mattresses, and a bathroom. Here you can relax and enjoy the pool, and the fresh air in complete privacy.
The villa also has a 200 m2 (2,152 sq. ft.) underground garage, an organic garden, and measured space for a tennis court.
The villa was completely renovated in 2024. We placed wooden floors for the entire 3rd floor and the stairs, we renovated both kitchens and all bathrooms, we replaced all the large overlapping aluminum frames of the house, and we placed either wall A/C units or ceiling A/C units in all rooms. All electrical outlets and lighting fixtures were also replaced. We also renovated the two fireplaces of the house. In all balconies we placed glass rails, and security doors were also placed. For the underground garage we fixed the ramp and the garage with industrial grade floors. Two huge heat pumps were connected with our floor heating units. Finally, the entire villa was painted. In 2024 we received the energy certificate of the house which was category B.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
In the surrounding area, between 3-8 minutes by car, you can find (except the beaches) all the necessary stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. By driving just 10-30 minutes from the house, you will find 3 larger, very nice coastal suburbs, Varkiza, Vouliagmeni and Glyfada, with many more stores, restaurants, nightlife and a lot of vibes
